Can I bring my kids?

While we love kids, please make arrangements for your young children prior to your appointment. We do not have childcare on site, and we want everyone to enjoy their appointments stress free. We service clients 13+.

I need to cancel, how soon should I tell you?

Please call the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While we understand that emergencies arise and sickness happens, whenever possible, please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Because we often cannot fill last minute openings, we will charge 50% of the service scheduled if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not call and do not show for your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Should I tip?

While gratuity is optional, it is greatly appreciated! Our stylists accept gratuity through cash, check or Venmo. 

Can I just come in for extensions?

All hair extension clients will require a consultation prior to their first extension appointment. A deposit of 50% of the service (including price of hair) is required to book the install appointment. This deposit will be applied to the full service cost. Your stylist will recommend a take home system to keep your extensions looking fabulous. Prices do not include color or haircut.

Do you keep my card on file?

We require all new clients to have a credit card on file for deposits or cancellation fees.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are unsatisfied with the result of your service, we ask that you let us refine or tweak your results within one week of the original service date. Of course we will work with you on timing, but please let us know within 7 business days. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued.
